Expression of Interest - Administration Officer
We are seeking expression of interest for highly organized and detail-oriented Administration Officers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in administration and a strong commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Responsibilities:
Manage daily administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence
Coordinate meetings and appointments
Assist with the organization of office supplies and equipment
Monitor and maintain office cleanliness and safety standards
Assist with the implementation of policies and procedures to ensure a safe and productive work environment
Provide support to staff and management as needed
Requirements:
Proven experience in an administrative role
Inventory Management principles and knowledge
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities




Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Commitment to maintaining a safe and inclusive work environment
Monday - Friday Casual ongoing basis
