About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on
Cleaning Manager
to lead operations at our Hope Valley site. This is a working management role, with
a high percentage of time spent on the tools
, alongside responsibility for managing and supporting a team.
You will play a key role in ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety, and team performance, while maintaining smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, supervise, and support a team
Hands-on cleaning and maintenance duties ( high percentage of the role)
Performance management, including coaching, feedback, and addressing issues
Ensuring cleaning standards, WHS compliance, and site presentation are maintained
Liaising with stakeholders to ensure service expectations are met
About You




To succeed in this role, you must:
Be
comfortable with a physically demanding, hands-on role involving significant cleaning and maintenance work
Have proven
people management and performance management experience
Be confident managing team performance, including addressing underperformance
Hold a
driver's licence (essential)
Lead by example and be willing to work alongside your team every day
Have strong communication and organisational skills
