A well-established Residential Aged Care provider with services in Molong and Yeoval is seeking an experienced and clinically capable Clinical Manager/Educator to join the team in a newly created leadership role.
This is a highly rewarding opportunity for a supportive, knowledgeable and proactive clinical leader who enjoys coaching others and improving clinical practice. You'll work closely with Facility Managers to strengthen governance, develop clinical capability and promote best practice across both homes, ensuring residents receive safe, high-quality care.

About the Role
As the clinical lead supporting two Residential Aged Care homes, you will provide expert clinical leadership, oversee governance activities and coordinate education programs that strengthen resident outcomes. This role combines clinical governance, education, quality improvement and workforce development within a collaborative and supportive environment. Working closely with Facility Managers and senior leadership, you will mentor nursing teams, support compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards and embed evidence-based practice across both services.
Key Responsibilities
Lead clinical governance across both Residential Aged Care homes
Deliver education, competency assessments and induction programs
Drive clinical audits, risk management and quality improvement initiatives
Analyse clinical trends to strengthen resident outcomesi>
Mentor and coach nursing teams to build clinical capability
Support recruitment, onboarding and clinical performance management
Collaborate with residents, families and multidisciplinary teams
Provide Facility Manager support when required
About You
You are a knowledgeable, approachable and highly organised clinical leader who enjoys mentoring others and improving clinical practice. You will also bring:
Previous experience as a Clinical Manager, Clinical Educator or Clinical Care Manager
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Demonstrated experience delivering clinical education in Residential Aged Care
Confidence leading accreditation, audits and quality improvement initiatives
Minimum five years' post-registration experience, including clinical leadership
Experience working within Residential Aged Care
