Ozone Hospitality Services, a leading provider of accommodation services, is seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeping Manager to oversee the housekeeping operations at our hotel in the heart of Melbourne's CBD. This full-time role is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation and guest satisfaction across our property.
What you'll be doing
Manage and lead a team of housekeeping staff, providing direction, training and performance feedback
Develop and implement housekeeping policies, procedures and schedules to maximise efficiency and quality
Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and presentation standards are met
Monitor inventory and order supplies to maintain appropriate stock levels
Liaise with other departments to resolve any guest queries or issues related to housekeeping
Prepare reports and analyse data to identify areas for improvement
Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and hygiene regulations
What we're looking for
Extensive experience (minimum 5 years) as an Executive Housekeeper or in a similar managerial role within the hospitality industry
Solid leadership and people management skills to effectively coordinate and motivate a team
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to uphold high standards of cleanliness and presentation
Proficient in using housekeeping management software and other relevant technology
Sound knowledge of industry regulations and best practices related to hygiene and safety
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle a variety of challenges
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with guests and cross-functional teams
