Following our recent national rebrand, we're expanding beyond hospitality staffing into clinical workforce solutions and are looking for an experienced Clinical Recruitment & Business Development Consultant to help lead this exciting next chapter.
This is a unique opportunity to build something from the ground up. You'll work alongside our CEO and leadership team to establish and grow our clinical staffing division, supporting aged care providers, hospitals and healthcare organisations with Registered Nurses (RNs), Enrolled Nurses (ENs) and Personal Care Assistants (PCAs).

About the Role
Reporting to the Operations & Systems Manager and working closely with the Chief Executive Officer, you'll play a pivotal role in launching and growing our clinical workforce division. This role combines recruitment, business development and strategic planning, giving you genuine influence over how the division evolves.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit and place Registered Nurses (RNs), Enrolled Nurses (ENs)



and Personal Care Assistants (PCAs).
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified clinical professionals.
Build relationships with aged care providers, hospitals and healthcare organisations.
Identify opportunities to expand clinical staffing services within our existing client portfolio.
Conduct interviews, reference checks and candidate assessments.
Manage AHPRA verification, credentialing and compliance requirements.
Assist in developing clinical onboarding procedures and operational workflows.
Collaborate with the Operations & Systems Manager to integrate workflows into relevant platforms.
Educate and support the broader team on clinical workforce requirements.
Contribute to the strategic growth of the clinical division.
About You
Previous experience recruiting clinical staff within a healthcare recruitment agency or workforce solutions business.
Strong understanding of AHPRA registration, credentialing and healthcare compliance.
Knowledge of the aged care sector and clinical workforce classifications.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Commercially minded with a proactive approach to business development.
Ability to work autonomously while collaborating within a high-performing team.
Experience using workforce management systems such as FoundU, FastTrack360, Broadbean, Astute Payroll or similar is desirable.
