Baix and 81 Bay in Brighton, a celebrated Bayside dining destination, seeks a passionate Chef to develop seasonal three-course menus and lead the wine bar kitchen with locally sourced ingredients.
Work under culinary leader Ian Curley, collaborate with head chefs, and help shape menu evolution while maintaining city-polish with neighborhood warmth. Five nights and two lunches per week form the core of service, with opportunities to contribute to wine pairings and presentation.
