Victorian Institute of Teaching–Docklands VIC is seeking a Senior Lawyer to provide strategic legal advice across regulatory functions. You will lead disciplinary and prosecutorial work, influence decisions with strong judgement, and manage sensitive matters from assessment through litigation and resolution.
The role requires exceptional advocacy, analytical ability, and risk management in a regulatory government context, reporting to the Legal Manager within the Qualified Conduct Branch.
