THE ROLE
Our coaching position is predominantly working one-on-one with clients, an enjoyment for some group training would be a plus. The focus would be on an ability to motivate and inspire our member community while providing and ensuring effective, safe and fun training with correct technique.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
Minimum Certificate 3 and 4 in Fitness
EP must have a tertiary qualification in Exercise Physiology - Accreditation with Exercise and Sports Science Australia (ESSA).
Current First Aid & CPR
A real passion for health, fitness and people
Self MotivationAbility to connect with clients
Reliability
Eligible to work in Australia
You will need to be prepared to work split shifts.
Group fitness experience is preferred but not essential.
