We are looking for a Product Onboarding Specialist to manage the comprehensive onboarding process for significant and complex merchants utilizing both card-present and card-not-present payment solutions. You will serve as the main contact after the commercial agreement is finalized, guiding the onboarding process from implementation to launch, while ensuring a positive experience for customers and successful project results.

What you'll do
Oversee the onboarding journey for major merchants, ensuring all aspects are executed effectively.
Collaborate with various teams to facilitate a smooth transition from implementation to live operations.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in product onboarding or project management within the financial services sector.
Strong understanding of payment solutions,



including card-present and card-not-present systems.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
Relevant degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
This position is open to Australian citizens, permanent residents, and candidates with valid work visas.
