Holistic Futures is an experienced NDIS registered service provider in Victoria, seeking disability support workers for Templestowe/Doncaster locations. Roles include non-active sleepover shifts and morning/evening shifts with a minimum commitment of 3 shifts per week.
Responsibilities include assisting with daily living, personal care, medication management, household tasks and community access, all aligned with each client's NDIS plan and goals.
