Customer Service
Representative
to join our team at our Yarraville, VIC office on a
full-time basis
. This role is crucial to our continued success, as you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing support, managing inquiries, and ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence. You will be instrumental in maintaining customer satisfaction, processing orders, and supporting the sales team to achieve our business objectives.
Key responsibilities
Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner
Process customer orders, quotes, and service requests accurately and efficiently
Maintain detailed customer records and update internal systems with relevant information
Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure customer orders are fulfilled on schedule
Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally, escalating complex matters when necessary
Provide product information and recommendations to assist customers with their signage needs
Prepare quotations, invoices, and other documentation as required
Follow up with customers to confirm delivery, satisfaction, and address any ongoing concerns
Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance customer service processes
What we're looking for
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal,



with the ability to interact professionally with diverse clients
Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail when managing multiple customer inquiries and orders
Ability to work independently whilst collaborating effectively with team members
Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing customer concerns
Patience, empathy, and a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
Knowledge of the signage or printing industry is advantageous but not essential
