About the Role
You'll be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance, reactive breakdowns and fault-finding across a wide range of commercial HVAC systems.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Planned preventative maintenance and servicing of commercial HVAC systems
Reactive breakdowns, diagnostics and fault-finding
Repair and maintenance of:
Package Units
Split Systems
VRV / VRF Systems
Air Handling Units (AHUs)




Fan Coil Units (FCUs)
Pumps and associated mechanical plant
Identify defects and provide recommendations for repairs and upgrade works
Complete service reports and compliance documentation
Liaise with supervisors, service coordinators and building management
Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining long-term client relationships
Work independently while contributing to a collaborative service team
About You
You'll be a qualified Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Technician who enjoys solving problems, takes pride in your workmanship and wants to be part of a company that genuinely growing.
Essential Requirements
Cert III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration
Current ARCtick Refrigerant Handling Licence
Restricted Electrical Licence
Commercial HVAC service experience
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic ability
Able to work autonomously and manage your own schedule
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Current Driver's Licence
Ability to pass a Police Check and pre-employment medical
