We're seeking a passionate and experienced Venue Manager with estensive cocktail experience and proven track record of bar management.

About the Role
Curate and manage an exceptional Cocktail and bererag program and wine list with a focus on local and international producers
Oversee daily bar operations, stock control, and supplier relationships
Lead and train a small FOH team with a focus on warm, professional service
Drive Cocktail and wine education across the team and with guests




Be part of the leadership team shaping the bar's culture and reputation
What We're Looking For
Previous experience as a venue manager and or Bar Management
Strong knowledge of Cocktail and Beverage program development, WSET qualifications a bonus
Confident, calm leadership with a guest-first mindset
Great organisational skills and a hands-on approach
A love for local producers, seasonal food, and creating memorable experiences
