About the role Eucalyptus is seeking an Operations Specialist to join our Medical Operations team for a short-term project. You will manage workflows, assist with practitioner onboarding, and engage directly with patients to improve our weight-management services.

What you'll do
Manage operational processes from start to finish and identify ways to improve them.
Coordinate interviews and onboarding tasks for medical practitioners.
Conduct outbound calls to patients to assist with retention and operational goals.
Review patient and operational data to find bottlenecks and service gaps.
Help the team test and implement new operational initiatives.
Requirements




Ability to work at least 4 days per week.
Available for an immediate start.
Strong problem-solving skills and a structured approach to ambiguous tasks.
Confident verbal communication skills, specifically for phone-based interactions.
Ability to manage tasks independently and follow through on commitments.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced workplace with high accountability.
