About The Role:
Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Accounts Payable officer to join the team. This role will be best suited to someone who thrives in a structured yet fast paced environment, where deadlines and multitasking are part of the day to day.
In this role you will:
Process invoices through an automated OCR workflow system
Reconcile supplier statements and internal accounts
Prepare weekly eft payments
Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to resolve queries
Mange the accounts payable inbox efficiently
Assist with the internal year end reporting
Maintain accurate filing and complete all other administrative duties as required
Our ideal candidate will possess the following:
Minimum of 2 years experience in Accounts Payable
Highly developed organisational and communication skills
Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including MS Excel, Office, accounting software,



and data bases
Ability to meet strict deadlines, multitask, and prioritise workload effectively
Pleasant and qualified phone manner
High level of accuracy and solid attention to detail
Previous experience in the automotive industry is advantageous
