Shampooing, conditioning and treating hair and scalp. Performing hair colouring, bleaching, highlighting, toning and corrective colour services. Straightening, perming and other chemical hair treatments.
Cutting hair using scissors, razors and clippers according to client requirements. Styling hair for everyday wear, special occasions and events. Creating braids and applying hair extensions where required.
Trimming and grooming beards and moustaches.



Maintaining cleanliness of workstations and ensuring all equipment and tools are sanitised in accordance with salon hygiene standards. Managing appointments, maintaining client records and processing customer payments.
Assisting with retail product recommendations and sales. Cleaning, styling and maintaining wigs and hairpieces when required. Qualification & experience Certificate III in Hairdressing or equivalent Minimum 1 year proven experience as a Hairdresser Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Attention to detail and creativity
