Property Portfolio Manager (CasualLeasing)
, where you will develop, implement and manageproperty and leasing plans across a broad range of customers, sitesand commercial opportunities.
As Head of Property Brett Wilson puts it, you'll be looking at"every blade of grass as an opportunity to create value",identifying recent commercial opportunities while maximising customeroutcomes and shareholder returns.
Confident, strategic and great with people: Here's whowe're looking for.
You're experienced in managing a portfolio of propertiesincluding lease management and lease compliance, rentalreviews, new lease negotiations, lease renewals andoptions.
You have a strong understanding of the property market and a passionate about the industry.
You have some experience in property valuations, analysisand reporting.
You're comfortable having difficult conversations in arespectful and empathetic way.
You have excellent verbal and written communication skillsand strong attention to detail.




You're adept at quickly building and maintaining effectiveworking relationships.
