About the Role
As a
Disability Support Worker
,



you'll deliver high-quality support to adult NDIS participants with psychosocial disabilities across Melbourne and the Mornington Peninsula.
Your duties will include but not be limited to:
community access incl. shopping and general hobbies
documenting participant progress through detailed note-taking
meal preparation and daily living assistance
providing emotional support and companionship
supporting and developing independent living skills
assisting participants towards their NDIS goals.
Essentials we're looking for
Full Australian working rights
Min. 2 years
adult mental health support experience
Extensive experience with Schizophrenia and ABI
Current First Aid& CPR certifications
Proficient English & Greek verbal/written communication skills
Availability for
min. 32 hours per week
Strong understanding of the NDIS& Behavioural Support.
