About the Role
This is a Permanent Full-time role, responsible for meeting with Architects, Building Designers, Custom Builders, and/or their clients and Owner Builders, both in our showroom, on building sites or in their offices. Prospecting and building your own portfolio of clients is vital for success within this role; it is strongly weighted towards someone who can approach prospective, repeat and referred clients with confidence, offering a personalised solution to their residential project, from the design stage right through to completion, walking them through the sales process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities will include:
Prospecting New Business / Business Development Activities
Manage& MaintainCustomer Relationships
Product Presentations and Sales Consultations
Visiting Constructions Sites on a Regular Basis
Completing Take Offs and Preparing Quotations and Regular Follow Ups
All administration duties required to complete the Sales Process
Achieve a Sales Budget
Completing Weekly Sales Reporting and Regular Communication with the Sales Manager
Attendance at Regular Meetings and providing Constructive Input and Ideas
Rostered Showroom Attendance in your base location (Dingley Village or Coburg North), Servicing Incoming Leads via Phone, Email and Walk-Ins
Saturday work is required on a rotating basis as our showrooms operate 6 days a week

This role requires you to visit Constructions Sites so the successful candidate must be physically fit and able to navigate the challenges of a working building site.
Skills and Experience required
A passion for sales within the building industry
Previous experience prospecting within the building Industry is advantageous
Possess excellent technical aptitude
High level of attention to detail
Confident communication and excellent administration skills
Highly organised with great people skills
Not afraid to pick up the phone, approach customers and go the extra mile
Proficient with MS Office Suite
Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role is required
This is a
long-term position
for someone who is committed to a future within Rylock. The successful candidate will be offered a
Salary Package of $129K which includes a Base Salary of $83,670 , Super
and
projected commission
when selling to a 1st year budget. The
commission structure
is
uncapped, over and above budget will be remunerated
. The package may also include a FMCV, or the option to use your suitable, private motor vehicle for site attendance.
You must be willing to undergo a Pre-Employment Medical and Drug test.
