What you will be doing:
Duties include but will not be limited to the following;
Bank reconciliations




Balance sheet reconciliations
Assisting with month end close
Assisting with cashflow
Intercompany recharges
Reporting - Monthly management, month to date
Assisting the Finance Manager with budgeting, forecasting and scenario analysis
Any additional duties as issued by the Finance Manager
Who are welooking for?
Accounting degree qualified at a minimum
Experience with various accounting programs is favourable (Such as Databuild, Xero, MYOB)
Having worked in a construction, manufacturing or food and beverage industry would be highly advantageous
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
Ability to review, analyse and interpret financial information
Be able to communicate at a high level both verbally and in a written format
Team player with a positive attitude
Strong time management and multitasking skills
Excellent knowledge of general accounting practices
Working knowledge of accounting and tax
An exceptional eye for detail and ability to problem solve
