About the Role
The Manager, Programs is responsible for driving the establishment, growth, and effective operation of MAGNET (Mental Health Australia General Clinical Trials Network). The role provides strategic and operational leadership to implement the systems, governance, and processes required to support large-scale, innovative clinical trials that improve mental health practice. This includes overseeing MAGNET's platforms and governance structures, leading the development and delivery of a sustainable business and financial plan, and ensuring alignment with the network's vision and priorities in collaboration with the grant CIA, Steering Committee, and Secretariat.

Provide expert advice aligned to organisational priorities
Qualifications
Postgraduate qualifications or extensive relevant experience and management expertise; or equivalent combination of experience and/or education/training
Experience leading programs or functions and driving improvement
Robust analytical and strategic capability
Ability to influence stakeholders
