motivated 2nd or 3rd year Electrical Apprentice
(Must Have basic HVAC installation experience)
to grow with us.

The Prospect
This is an excellent opportunity for a
driven Electrical Apprentice
who wants hands-on experience in residential HVAC and Heat Pump installations while learning from experienced team leaders.
You'll assist with installations and maintenance across a variety of systems, gaining exposure to structured workflows, compliance-driven projects, and high installation standards — all while developing the skills needed to progress toward qualification and leadership roles.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist team leaders with the installation of VEU products, including:
Heating & cooling systems
Multi-head units
VRF systems
Heat pump systems
Ensure all works meet
safety, quality, and compliance standards
Work efficiently with the installation team to meet scheduled timeframes
Represent Green Source professionally on site and with customers
Complete job notes and installation records accurately
Assist with service calls and basic fault-finding
Follow all safety, industry, and company procedures
Participate in ongoing training and skill development
Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure smooth service delivery
What You'll Bring:
Strong communication and organisational skills
Reliable, honest, punctual, and professional attitude
Willingness to learn and take direction from qualified electricians and management
Robust focus on workmanship quality and customer satisfaction
Ability to follow systems, procedures, and instructions
Must-Have Licenses/Certifications:
Certificate II in Electrotechnology
(completed or in progress)
Basic HVAC installation Experience
Driver's licence
(minimum provisional)
Own basic hand tools
