The Role
We're looking for an experienced
Leading Hand Carpenter
to join our growing team, delivering a variety of maintenance, renovation and construction projects across Brisbane. This is a hands-on role where you'll lead by example, coordinate day-to-day site activities, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
Lead carpenters, apprentices and subcontractors on site.
Complete quality carpentry across maintenance and construction projects.
Coordinate daily site activities and communicate with project managers.
Read and interpret plans and specifications.
Maintain WHS compliance and high-quality workmanship.
Mentor apprentices and support the wider team.




About You To be successful, you'll have:
Trade qualified Carpenter.
Previous experience as a Leading Hand or Senior Carpenter.
White Card and current Driver's Licence.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
A commitment to quality workmanship and safety.
