We're seeking an experienced Safety Compliance Administrator with a background in the civil construction, infrastructure or utilities industry to support the transition of a Safety Management System from Chekrite to Kynection.
This is far more than a data migration project. You'll play a pivotal role in reviewing, validating and organising safety and compliance documentation, ensuring records are complete, current and meet legislative and industry requirements before being transferred into the recent system. Your knowledge of construction compliance will be relied upon to identify missing, expired or non-compliant documentation, helping to strengthen the organisation's compliance framework for the future.
This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of an important project, work with modern safety systems and make a genuine impact within a collaborative and supportive team. If you're someone who enjoys bringing order to complex information, has an exceptional eye for detail and takes pride in maintaining high compliance standards, this is a fantastic opportunity to hit the ground running and make a real difference from day one.
Responsibilities
Lead the migration of safety and compliance documentation from Chekrite into Kynection.
Review documentation to ensure records are current, complete and compliant before migration.
Upload and accurately allocate documentation across employees, plant, equipment and projects.
Identify missing, expired or non-compliant documentation and liaise with relevant stakeholders to obtain outstanding records.
Maintain document control and support the integrity of compliance records throughout the migration process.
Perform high-volume data entry with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
Assist with organising and cleansing safety and compliance records.
Support the Wellness & SEQ Manager with compliance administration and audit preparation.
