IVF / Fertility Registered Nurse or Registered Midwife
Stellar Fertility is seeking a skilled and compassionate
Registered Nurse or Registered Midwife
to join our dedicated healthcare team in Fitzroy. This is a role based on-site at our fertility clinic, where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care within the assisted reproductive technology (ART) environment. As a key member of our clinical team, you will contribute directly to helping individuals and couples achieve their family-building goals whilst ensuring the highest standards of clinical excellence and patient support. Applications for both Full Time and Part Time will be considered.
What you'll be doing
Deliver exceptional, patient-centred nursing care to individuals and couples undergoing fertility treatment and IVF cycles.
Provide comprehensive education, guidance and support to patients before, during and after their fertility journey, ensuring they feel informed and empowered at every stage of treatment.
Communicate treatment outcomes and clinical information with empathy, sensitivity and professionalism, offering emotional support and reassurance when needed.
Work collaboratively with fertility specialists, embryologists and the multidisciplinary team to deliver seamless, coordinated and high-quality patient care.
Assist with a range of assisted reproductive and gynaecological procedures, including embryo transfers, inseminations and other fertility-related interventions.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and contribute to the delivery of safe, evidence-based care.
Demonstrate a commitment to continuous professional development,



staying current with advancements and best practice in reproductive medicine and fertility care.
What we're looking for
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Midwife (RM)
Previous experience in a fertility clinic, IVF unit, or Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) environment is desirable. Alternatively, applicants with a minimum of three years' experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Midwife (RM) are encouraged to apply.
Knowledge of fertility treatments, ART procedures, and reproductive medicine is desirable. Candidates with experience in women's health, or a strong interest and willingness to develop expertise in fertility and reproductive health, will also be highly regarded.
Follicle scanning competency (desirable)
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide compassionate, patient-centred care and support individuals through sensitive and emotionally challenging situations.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, fostering positive and professional relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritise competing demands and deliver high-quality patient care.
Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality,



privacy, and professional standards in accordance with healthcare regulations and ethical practice.
Adaptable and flexible approach to work, with the ability to respond effectively to changing clinical priorities and patient needs in a dynamic healthcare environment.
