Join the dedicated team at Arrow Bronze, a leading manufacturer of bronze castings, as a Factory Team Member. This full-time position in our Dandenong South, VIC facility is an exciting chance to become a key part of our production operations.
What you'll be doing
Operate various metal finishing machinery to finish and enhance bronze products
Perform routine equipment maintenance and quality checks to ensure consistent and efficient production
Work collaboratively with the wider team to meet daily production targets
Identify and report any issues or defects in the manufacturing process
Adhere to all health, safety and environmental policies and procedures
What we're looking for
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with exposure to casting or metalworking but not essential.
Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and ability to operate industrial machinery and equipment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
Effective communication and teamwork skills




Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic production environment
