About the role
We are currently seeking a full time
Customer Service Officer
to join our on-site team!
This role is required to efficiently and effectively coordinate the administration process of Mimosa Homes' customers throughout the entire build process and communicate with clients on a regular basis to keep them informed of progress on their home.
Key responsibilities
Provide communication with clients through all means necessary to keep them informed throughout the entire build process
Ensure clients are contacted at least once a week for all on-site titled jobs
Provide clients with fortnightly construction progress updates
Liaise with clients in a professional and positive manner at all times
Ensure all jobs are up to date in our software system and that all communications are logged




Coordinate and book customer appointments and site inspections
Liaise with Operational and Construction teams to ensure customers are well informed at all times with the correct information
Liaise with relevant Building Surveyor to ensure all certificates are received and approved
Attend weekly department meetings to report on results and action any items as required
Meet targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) as set out by the Building Manager
Support the Construction department as required
Qualifications
Previous experience in a similar role is desirable
Experience in the Construction industry is highly regarded
Exposure to Companion software is advantageous
The ability to work alone and as part of a team
Professional presentation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to engage in verbal interaction with clients
Solid work ethic and attention to detail
Exceptional organisation and time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
