About the role:
This newly created Operations Manager Nursing role will play a key leadership role driving innovative, home and community-based nursing services across Victoria and Tasmania. Leading nursing teams and partnering with senior clinical leaders, you'll shape high-quality multidisciplinary care that helps older Australians live independently and thrive.
The purpose of this role is to:
Shape the future
of home and community nursing across Victoria and Tasmania, influencing how high-quality care is delivered to older Australians
Lead and inspire
experienced clinical leaders, building a culture of excellence, accountability and professional growth
Drive innovation
and service transformation in a sector undergoing significant reform and opportunity
Champion clinical governance
and quality outcomes, leveraging your nursing expertise and commitment to best practice

You're an accomplished Registered Nurse leader who thrives on influence, innovation and impact. You bring the clinical credibility, operational expertise and leadership capability to shape the future of community-based care.

Essentials for working in Aged Care:
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
A current Working WithChildren Check (VIC) or Vulnerable People (TAS) card
Current and ongoing flu vaccinations
Ability to pass a national police clearance and NDIS Clearance
