B&R; Enclosures is one of Australia's most respected manufacturing success stories. For over 70 years, we have designed and manufactured industry-leading electrical enclosure solutions, supplying projects across commercial, industrial, mining, infrastructure, data centres and utilities.
We are seeking an experienced sales leader to take ownership of our Victoria and Tasmania region and drive the next stage of growth.
This is not a maintenance role.
We're looking for someone who enjoys building winning sales teams, developing customer relationships and identifying current opportunities in growing markets. You'll have the backing of a recognised Australian brand, a strong national sales team and significant opportunities across emerging sectors such as data centres, infrastructure and industrial projects.
Reporting directly to the National Sales Manager, you will lead a highly capable team of Sales Representatives while helping shape the commercial direction of one of Australia's leading enclosure manufacturers.
Responsibilities include
Leading and developing a high-performing sales team
Delivering sales growth, profitability and market share targets
Building strategic relationships with key customers and industry stakeholders
Identifying and securing new business opportunities
Developing sales plans and regional growth strategies
Coaching and mentoring team members to achieve their full potential




Partnering closely with the National Sales Manager and broader leadership team
You'll bring
Proven success leading sales teams and achieving growth targets
Solid commercial and negotiation skills
Experience working with contractors, consultants, wholesalers or industrial customers
The ability to build long-term customer relationships
A strategic mindset coupled with a hands-on leadership style
Willingness to travel throughout Victoria and Tasmania
Experience within electrical, industrial, manufacturing, infrastructure or technical product industries will be highly regarded.
