Procurement & Inventory Coordinator
to join our team.
This is a
full-time hybrid role
, Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm. You must be able to commute to our
Springvale warehouse
, and on-site parking is available.

Key responsibilities
You'll work closely with our Procurement Manager, playing a key role in supporting our growing supply chain operations.
Manage purchase orders and day-to-day procurement activities
Coordinate with suppliers on production schedules, shipments, and quality control




Negotiate pricing and trading terms with suppliers
Monitor inventory levels, identify replenishment needs, and support stock planning and stocktakes
Maintain accurate product, pricing, supplier, invoice, and purchasing records
About you
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in procurement, purchasing, inventory management, or a similar role
Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
Valuable communication and negotiation skills
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
Mandarin language skills are an advantage, but not essential
