We are seeking two
Equipment Specialist Consultants
to join our team - one based at our
Truganina
branch andone at our
Braeside
branch.
You'll play a vital role in helping clients find the right mobility solutions through hands-on equipment trials, demonstrations and personalised recommendations. You will work closely with clients, their families and their healthcare professionals (Occupational Therapists & Physiotherapists) to deliver customised mobility outcomes.
You will travel across Melbourne, attending scheduled appointments in the community — including homes, schools, hospitals, and clinics.
This is a incredibly rewarding opportunity ideal for someone who is both compassionate and professional, with a commitment to delivering outstanding service and product knowledge.
What You'll Be Doing
Conduct client consultations & equipment trials with families, therapists and healthcare professionals
Recommend & demonstrate mobility solutions tailored to individual client needs
Prepare quotations & support clients through the decision-making process
Maintaining professionalism, integrity, and empathy at all times
Develop strong relationships in the community to encourage loyalty and repeat business
Achieve agreed KPIs and sales targets
What We're Looking For
Experience in customer-facing sales or relationship-based roles
Mechanically minded with an interest in equipment (highly regarded)
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex needs
Ability to safely lift and demonstrate equipment
Current driver's licence
Comfortable with MS Office and CRM systems
