Conquest Personnel invites applications for a Warehouse 2IC stepping up to Warehouse Manager. You will lead a small team, oversee daily operations, and drive accuracy, safety and continuous improvement in a long-established family business serving major retailers.
Based in our Victoria facility, this full-time role offers a stable Mon-Fri schedule (approx. 8:30am–4:30pm) and a explicit path to full warehouse management. Hands-on leader with a genuine willingness to mentor staff will excel.
