Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor and based at our Dubbo branch, you will work as part of a dedicated, close‐knit team in a hands‐on role that combines warehouse operations and local deliveries. Duties will flex based on daily staffing needs and workloads.
The team is highly safety-focused and process-driven, with structured training and ongoing support provided to set you up for success.
Base rate $34 per hour + truck driver allowance $6 per hour
Standard hours 8:00am - 4:00pm
What you will be doing:
Picking and packing customer orders within the warehouse
Loading and unloading vehicles
Operating warehouse equipment, including forklift and overhead crane
Delivering orders to customers using company vehicles
Providing face‐to‐face customer service at delivery and pick up
This role suits someone who enjoys variety, teamwork and a mix of warehouse and driving duties.

What you will bring:
Valid HR licence (HC highly regarded)
Forklift licence (essential); overhead crane experience advantageous
Strong focus on safety, compliance and manual handling practices
Ability to work effectively in a team‐based warehouse environment
A reliable, proactive approach with pride in your work
Good customer service and basic computer skills
