Avamere Rehab of Clackamas is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide comprehensive resident care, including assessments, medication administration, and care coordination with the interdisciplinary team. The RN will supervise LPNs and CNAs, ensure accurate documentation, and participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives.
The ideal candidate holds an RN license with a BSN preferred, CPR/BLS current, and experience in long-term care or geriatric rehab.
