Service Advisor
to help us build on our achievements.
Patterson Cheney, VACC ****, ****, and **** Automotive Employer of the Year, placing us in the Hall of Fame. You have a proven track record as a dealership Service Advisor, working as part of a team in a high-volume environment, and you have strong attention to detail.

About the role:
Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be responsible for:
Deliver outstanding customer service in line with Toyota policies and standards, ensuring customers feel valued and informed throughout their service experience.
Keep customers updated on vehicle servicing, addressing any questions or concerns at every stage.
Provide expert advice on our products and services to enhance the customer experience.
Complete all necessary ordering,



invoicing and RO compliance management.
Work closely with technicians and workshop control to ensure vehicles are ready on time.
Build genuine rapport with customers, prioritising their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
About you:
Proven experience as a Dealership Service Advisor.
Toyota experience is highly desirable
Ideally, familiarity with Japanese automotive brands.
Exceptional customer service skills, consistently delivering a 5-star experience.
Robust written and verbal communication skills.
Show empathy and communicate in a way that customers understand.
Excellent organisational abilities and time management skills.
A valid VIC Driver's Licence.
A willingness to learn and enhance your skills.
Ability to work between 730am to 530pm Monday to Friday with a half-day rotating roster on Saturdays
The successful applicant will be required to undertake a National Police Check.
