Head of Creative
to join our team on a
12-month fixed term

In this role, you'll lead the creative direction across Boost Juice, Salsas Fresh Mex & Retail Zoo, ensuring each brand comes to life through compelling campaigns, strong visual identity, and consistent execution across all channels. You'll balance big-picture thinking with hands‐on delivery, working closely with Marketing and cross-functional teams to bring ideas from concept through to execution.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the creative direction and output across Boost Juice, Salsas Fresh Mex & Retail Zoo
Manage and mentor a team of designers, ensuring high-quality creative and delivery to deadlines




Collaborate with Marketing Managers to interpret briefs and bring campaigns to life
Oversee the development of brand assets, campaigns, marketing collateral, menu boards and visual merchandising
Partner with digital, store design and broader teams to ensure cohesive brand execution
Manage creative projects end-to-end, including timelines, stakeholders and budgets
Stay across design and brand trends, bringing fresh thinking into the business
Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, suppliers and printers
Our ideal candidate will have
Proven experience in a senior creative or art direction role
Strong leadership experience, with the ability to mentor and develop a team
A hands‐on approach, comfortable being on the tools while leading strategy
Advanced skills across Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects and XD
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
A sharp eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality creative The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmen
