WhatYou'llBe Doing:
As a Production Supervisor, you will lead and empower Area Team Leaders to drive a safe, high performing and continuous improvement focused culture. Your leadership ensures the consistent delivery of high-quality products, produced efficiently, on time and with optimal cost control. In this role you champion teamwork, elevate standards across safety, people, quality and production, and contribute to a workplace where everyone is supported to grow, innovate and run the operation as if it were their own.

Experienced FMCG production leader with a proven track record supervising teams in a rapid-paced manufacturing environment
Strong commitment to safety, quality standards and continuous improvement, with the ability to drive CI opportunities.
Skilled in coaching, influencing and developing team leaders and employees to achieve high performance.
Confident using production systems and tools, including ERP, payroll systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Adaptable, proactive and hands on, with strong problem-solving capability and the ability to manage pressure and competing priorities.
