BPA Early Learning operates 34 kindergartens and long day care centres across western Melbourne, supporting children and families in some of the region's most diverse communities.
BPA Early Learning Angliss centre is seeking for an enthusiastic and reflective Early Childhood Teacher to lead our funded 4 Year Kindergarten program within a Long Day Care Environment.
About the Role
The Early Childhood Teacher
Responsibilities:
Planning and implementing engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences based on the Victorian Early Years framework and The National Quality Standard.
Use observations, family input and children's interests to guide the planning cycle and deliver intentional teaching experiences that promote curiosity and problem solving.
Communicating regularly with parents and carers regarding their child's learning and Wellbeing.
Foster respectful, responsive and inclusive relationships with children, families and Colleagues.
Support Children with additional needs through inclusive planning and collaboration with Staff.
Work collaboratively with high performing team to achieve positive outcomes for children.
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or Graduate Diploma in Early Childhood Education Care. (or equivalent as approved by ACECQA).
High Level understanding of the Victorian Early Years Learning Development Framework,



Education Care Services National Law and Regulations, The National Quality Framework and Child Protected Standards.
Confidence in Curriculum planning, observations, assessment and documentation.
Current Victorian Institute of Teaching Registration.
Current Working with Children Check and National Police Check.
A valid working rights to work in Australia.
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications.
Experience working with children with a wide range of diverse additional needs.
