Part Time Retail Store Manager | Flexible Hours | Fountain Gate
Love retail, fashion and leading a team? We're looking for an experienced Part-Time Retail Store Manager to lead our boutique at Westfield Fountain Gate.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll inspire your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive sales, and create a welcoming, high-performing store workplace. You'll lead by example, coach and develop your team, and ensure the store operates smoothly while achieving strong results.
Working with a beautiful collection of handbags, wallets and fashion accessories from leading Australian brands, you'll help customers discover products they love while creating an enjoyable shopping experience every day.
You'll work closely with our Head Office leadership team, giving you the opportunity to contribute ideas, receive ongoing support, and play an important role in the continued growth of the business. To be successful, you'll have
Previous experience as a Store Manager or at least 2 years' experience as an Assistant Store Manager in fashion, accessories or specialty retail.
A strong track record of leading, motivating and developing successful retail teams.
Experience driving sales performance and achieving store KPIs.
Confidence managing store operations, rostering and performance conversations.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
A passion for fashion, accessories and delivering memorable customer experiences.
