Key Responsibilities
Assisting customers through the used vehicle buying process from enquiry to delivery
Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
Achieving individual and team sales targets
Conducting vehicle demonstrations and test drives
Managing customer enquiries and follow-up activities
Maintaining accurate records within the dealership CRM system
Preparing sales documentation and ensuring compliance with dealership processes




Working collaboratively with finance, aftermarket, and service departments to deliver an outstanding customer experience
Maintaining strong knowledge of the dealership's used vehicle inventory and market trends
About You
Previous experience in automotive sales or a customer-focused sales role (highly regarded)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A driven, motivated, and results‐oriented approach
Ability to build rapport and establish long‐term customer relationships
Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
Strong organisational and time management skills
Professional presentation and positive attitude
Current driver's licence required
