Interchange Outer East in Ferntree Gully, VIC is seeking experienced Support Workers for Knox and Maroondah Regions. Casual shifts are available to support two young adults with complex communication needs in family homes and local activities.
You will provide 1:1 support, use AAC devices, assist with daily living, transport and safety, and help maintain autonomy and choice while ensuring high-quality care.
