Overview
The North Face® is a leading outdoor brand that is opening a new store at Pacific Fair.
We are looking for a Store Manager to lead a team, drive sales, manage inventory and merchandising, and create an outstanding customer experience.
Responsibilities
Lead the store team to achieve sales performance and targets.
Manage inventory and visual merchandising.
Oversee people management, employee development and training.
Implement processes to drive business results and operational excellence.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail store manager or similar role.
Retail certificate an advantage but not essential.




Strong leadership skills and ability to build a dynamic team.
Computer literate.
Passion for outdoor lifestyle and alignment with brand values.
