We are seeking passionate and dedicated Certificate III Educators to join our founding team and help create a welcoming, high-quality learning environment where children can learn, grow and thrive.

About the Role
As a Childcare Educator you will:
Deliver engaging play-based learning experiences.
Implement the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
Support children's learning through observations and documentation.
Promote inclusive practices and a safe, respectful learning environment.
Contribute to a strong culture of child safety and wellbeing.
About You
You will have:
Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.
Minimum two years' experience (preferred).
Knowledge of the EYLF, NQF and National Quality Standard.
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications (or willingness to obtain).
Current NSW Working With Children Check.
A genuine passion for early childhood education and child safety.
