OverviewAs Assistant Venue Manager with AVC, you'll work closely with the Venue Manager to oversee the day‐to‐day operations of the venue — leading from the front to create an outstanding guest experience while driving operational excellence across all departments.ResponsibilitiesLead day‐to‐day venue operations and manage the front‐of‐house teamEnsure consistent, outstanding guest experiences across all departmentsConduct stocktakes, investigate stock losses, and order/maintain par levels across beverage,
food and venue consumablesTrain, performance‐manage, and motivate staffQualifications2+ years' experience in an Assistant Venue Manager roleStrong experience working in a gaming venue and with TABPresence on the floor during peak service periods, including late nights and weekendsRMLV & Approved Managers LicenseAccommodation management experience or exposure to hotel accommodation operations is highly regardedBenefitsCompetitive salary $80,000–$85,000 + Super + KPI bonus $5,000 per annumCareer development and progression programsComplimentary mealsWork‐life balance
