Electrical Technician

Responsibilities
Conduct compliance inspections and Test & Tag of welding and industrial equipment
Diagnose and repair electrical and electronic faults, including PCB-level component replacement
Install, service and maintain welding machines and associated electrical systems
Perform preventative maintenance and maintain accurate service records
Ensure full compliance with safety legislation and company standards
Support branch operations when required, including equipment handling and logistics
Identify and implement productivity and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
Electrical Trade Qualification (essential)
Proven experience servicing and repairing welding machines
Solid capability diagnosing PC boards to component level




Advanced understanding of electronic components (resistors, capacitors, silicon diodes)
Ability to work autonomously and within a team
Strong communication skills and a proactive, improvement-focused mindset
Demonstrated commitment to safety and zero‐harm principles
