As a salaried Mortgage Broker at Azura, you carry that promise into every client conversation, turning warm enquiries into the right loan, structured well and settled smoothly.
Role Purpose
The Mortgage Broker guides clients through one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives, from the first conversation to settlement and beyond.
You assess each client's goals and borrowing capacity, recommend the right structure across our lender panel, and own the relationship through to settlement and future reviews.
This is a salaried role: we provide the brand, the leads, and the support team, so you can focus on advice, clients, and outcomes.
The role exists to:

Key Responsibilities
Client Advice & Loan Origination
Meet clients to understand their goals, financial position, and borrowing capacity.
Conduct a full needs analysis and recommend suitable structures across residential and investment lending.
Compare products and policy across our lender panel to find the right fit, not just the obvious one.
Provide clear, compliant credit advice that meets Best Interests Duty and NCCP obligations.
Deal Management & Conversion
Own each deal from application through to unconditional approval and settlement, supported by our para broking and settlements teams.
Negotiate pricing and policy with lenders to secure strong outcomes for clients.




Manage your pipeline with pace and discipline, keeping conversion high and timelines tight.
Work warm leads generated by our marketing and reviews, so you spend less time prospecting.
Relationships & Growth
Build lasting client relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals.
Develop referral partnerships with real estate agents, accountants, financial planners, and buyers advocates.
Identify protection and review opportunities, including referrals to Azura Protect.
Conduct loan reviews to keep clients in the right product as their circumstances change.
Service & Compliance
Represent Azura's six star standard in every client interaction.
Maintain credit quality, accurate documentation, and full compliance discipline.
About You
You are a confident, client first broker who loves writing quality loans and building relationships.
You bring:
Experience & Technical Capability
Cert IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking, with a Diploma preferred.
Current MFAA or FBAA membership and a clean compliance record.
Proven experience writing residential and investment home loans.
Strong command of lender policy, serviceability, and loan structuring.
