About the role
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will play a hands‐on role in strengthening the day‐to‐day financial controls that sit at the heart of our lending operations.
As a Graduate Accountant in our Finance team, you will gain exposure across financial operations and control, including:
Financial Operations & Control:
assist with daily and month‐end reconciliations across our cash, trust, ledger, and loan‐book controls.
support cash flow analysis, loan account monitoring, and investigation of reconciliation exceptions.
Regulatory Reporting:
assist with the preparation and quality review of data supporting our regulatory reporting obligations.
Audit:
assist with year‐end procedures and control reviews, ensuring timely compliance and accuracy.
Other:




gain ad hoc exposure across other areas within the finance function, including taxation, corporate finance & FP&A;, etc.
Process Improvement:
contribute to review and improvement of existing checks and processes, including assisting with the creation of new tools and processes.
What you have
Undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
Be an Australian Citizen or Australian Permanent Resident when you apply.
You're an intellectually curious, ambitious self‐starter with a growth mindset.
