About the Role
The Food & Beverage Attendant is a key frontline role responsible for delivering exceptional service across various hospitality settings including the bar, restaurant, room service, conferencing, and events.
This position ensures guests enjoy a welcoming and memorable experience through attentive service and a commitment to quality.
Key Responsibilities
Warmly greet and seat guests, providing menus and assistance as needed
Accurately take food and beverage orders, accommodating dietary requirements
Serve meals and drinks promptly and professionally
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of service areas




Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
Process payments efficiently and handle guest requests with care
Promote menu specials and upsell items to enhance guest experience
Adhere to safety, hygiene, and health regulations
Work flexibly across shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holiday
Skills & Experience
Previous experience in a similar hospitality role
Sound knowledge of food, wine, and cocktails (training provided)
Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items
Commitment to delivering results and maintaining high standards
