with one earlier finish per weekLead a small and experienced FoH and BoH team to deliver fantastic customer experience and consistently outstanding food & coffeeFacilitate workplace training for young people impacted by the Youth Justice system with the support of our Youth Programs teamEnsure compliance with health and safety regulations, labour laws, and our internal youth safety protocolsOversee all daily tasks including opening and closing the venue, stock management, cleaning and venue presentation, managing COGs/wastage and labour costs, and recordkeepingUse your leadership capabilities to uplift your team and manage underdeveloped skillsMaintain a high level of professional communication and responsiveness with your area supervisor, operations manager, and other internal stakeholdersWe'd love for you to haveGenuine passion for hospitality and outstanding all-round knowledge of Melbourne's food and coffee cultureExcellent leadership and motivational skills and the confidence to manage underperformance in your teamAn understanding of managing COGs and Labour targetsEffective time management and communication, both verbal and writtenMinimum 1 year of experience in a similar roleMinimum 2 years' experience as a Barista in specialty coffee is essentialApply for Social Enterprise Cafe Manager, STREATFirst NameLast NameEmail AddressPhone NumberLocationDo you have the right to work in Australia?
