We have an opportunity in the Bathurst region for a Team Leader - Disability to join our dynamic team.Kirinari is a highly reputable and respected disability support service providing essential care and high-quality support to enrich the lives of our customers.
Kirinari employ over **** staff in various regions across VIC, NSW and TAS.About the PositionAs a Team Leader, you will oversee the implementation of individualised supports within a supported independent living accommodation settings (SIL/Group Homes).
You will strengthen the knowledge and abilities of our Support Worker team to ensure a person-centred and high-quality culture within the program.You will provide direct support and lead your team across a range of customer needs including domestic and personal care assistance as well as assisting our customers to access and have a positive connection to the community.
